Karen Morey has been helping executive teams
shift limiting behaviors and mindsets and achieve extraordinary results for the

coaching, and communications with her 25 years of experience in front-line

With 25 years of corporate leadership experience, Ms. Morey

She has worked with clients in manufacturing, financial services, medical
systems software, and mail order distribution, as well as numerous local and
regional social services and religious organizations. Ms. Morey specializes in
an adaptive approach to coaching and uses a thought-provoking method of
questioning that leads her clients to draw meaningful conclusions that can be
readily applied to their personal lives and working environments.

Experience
Kris has 25 years' experience working in organizations of all sizes. From large corporations to start-up companies, her expertise in strategic planning, sales, and marketing helped shape the focus and impact the success of the companies in which she worked. Kris developed her passion for coaching while working with independent financial advisors to develop annual business plans and coaching them to successfully implement their plans. Motivated by the success of her clients and the incredible sense of fulfillment she experienced in the process, Kris decided to focus her career inn the area of individual and organizational coaching.

of coaching, Kris believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to coaching.
She brings a fresh pair of eyes, active listening, and a challenging

Donna King works with
individuals, businesses, and not-for-profit organizations to improve personal and team
performance. With over 20 years of diverse experience, Donna has brought vision
and innovation to the companies where she has worked. She has an excellent
track record in developing successful teams and business initiatives. Donna
started her career in the Advertising & Marketing Industry and gained
extensive experience in both creative marketing and organizational development at Shasho Jones Direct, Inc, NYC, a direct marketing agency that
she cofounded.
Donna moved to the Midwest
in 2001 after accepting position as Director of Creative Services at Oriental
Trading Company. It was at Oriental Trading that Donna was introduced
to the BEST YEAR YET Program, a proven process that helps individuals and
companies get the results they need to move their business to higher levels of
performance. She and the marketing executives utilized the program for three
years and implemented the cascade program to their next management level. Donna
was so impressed with the benefits and results of the program that she trained
to be a coach and now shares the program with others. Donna helps to align and focus teams on the
results that will make a difference to their businesses.
Along with Donna's positive
energy and natural ability to prompt ideas and inspire, she utilizes her

Donna began her career in
NYC, at AGA, a catalog marketing & production firm. She graduated from
Villanova University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts & Marketing Communications. Donna
King is a member of ASTD and the Heartland Coaches Association, KC chapter of International Coaching Association, where she serves as Secretary of Executive Committee. She enjoys gardening, the

Karen Baldwin is the founder and Chief Executive
Officer of The Baldwin Group, an organization focused on strengthening the
results of leaders and teams. She provides high-impact training, consulting and
coaching services to individuals, teams, non-profits and corporations. Prior to starting The Baldwin Group, Karen was Senior Vice President/Retail Banking Manager for Bank of the West, where she lead 224 bank branches and twenty small business bankers in a four state mid-west region. Over her extensive 25 year career with Commercial Federal/Bank of the West Karen held a variety of leadership positions.
Karen has a passion for helping people develop into resilient leaders through coaching, mentoring, and creating personal transformation. Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Bellevue University. Karen has also attended University Of Nebraska and the University of Virginia/Darden School of Business. Karen is certified in Best Year Yet and Emergenetics International. Karen served six years on the ICAN board of Directors, serving as Chair in 2005. She has also served on many other boards and community committees including, American Heart Association, FiServ Advisory Board, United Arts Omaha and the Omaha Chamber.
Karen travels extensively including three trips to Africa where she serves as a volunteer for the Kenya Children’s Foundation. She just recently returned from a humanitarian trip to Cuba. Karen loves the great outdoors, gardening, sports and has a passion for reading, golfing, boating and spending time with her grandchildren. Dee Kinder has more than 25 years of business management and coaching experience in the areas of insurance, banking, real estate, and securities, as well as airline and travel management, Dee’s coaching is based on real-world experiences, and formal training and certification from two of the most prestigious coaching programs, and Best Year Yet. A sample client list includes Sun Microsystems, USDA, CNH, Jeld-Wen, Rockwell-Collins, and Union Pacific Railroad and Nordic Training Institute. She has also worked with dozens of of individuals and entrepreneurs all over the world.
Once you have
completed your Best Year Yet goals, her emphasis in coaching is on
producing positive results in your performance. Dee accomplishes this
by uncovering patterns and behaviors that have worked in the past, but
are now holding the client back. She assists clients in challenging and
adapting currently held concepts and skills, and adopting appropriate
new ones. Following her process, clients are able to get these concepts
and skills “in the muscle”, having them available for immediate
application. Much of her current work is with senior leaders and
executive teams, bringing conflict situations to positive resolution.
Dee is an excellent
communicator, with the ability to conduct effective coaching programs by
relating information in a concise, usable way and assisting the client
in utilizing their own resources to accomplish their desired outcomes.
She utilizes Neuro-Linguistic Programming in her Best Year Yet coaching
and is well-known for her innovative application of all of this
information to the business environment.

international coaching, consulting and training firm, previously
working in Russia, Latvia, Ukraine, Peru, Mexico , China and Malaysia.
She formerly served as Director of the U.S. office of another
international firm specializing in large scale organizational change.

She is immediate Past- President of IASH, the International NLP Organization. Dee's integrity, energy, humor and support consistently invite enthusiastic growth from those she coaches.
